All swimmers and committee members are required to be registered with the Queanbeyan Leagues Swim Club and Swimming NSW. Any swimmer under the age of 16 is also required to have an adult (as a non-swimmer) registered with the club.
This registration fee covers around-pool insurance for all registered swimmers and adults for 12 months. It is a Swimming NSW requirement that an adult joins with a junior swimmer. Registration fees are annual and run from 1 October – 30 September.
In addition to registration and membership fees, training fees are invoiced by term as listed below. The Treasurer will issue an invoice two weeks prior to the start of each term and payment is required by the 15th of the first month. For example, payment for term 1 is required by the 15 January.
In the event that training fees are not paid by the due date and no alternative arrangements have been made your child will not be allowed to swim until full payment has been received.
If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your invoice please contact the President or Treasurer as soon as possible and they can assist.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or direct deposit as per details on your invoice.
Squad Training Terms:
Term 1: 01 January – 31 March
Term 2: 01 April – 30 June
Term 3: 01 July – 30 September
Term 4: 01 October – 31 December
Pool entry is not included in training fees or the annual registration (membership) fee and it is suggested you speak with the Queanbeyan Aquatic Centre to discuss the best available option for your swimmer.
