All swimmers are required to register with Queanbeyan Leagues Swim Club.
All committee members are required to register with the club. All swimmers under the age of 16 are required have an adult (as non-swimmer) to be registered with the club.
The registration fees are set annually according to its associated registration fees set by the managing body (Swimming NSW). The registration fee is paid once a year at the beginning of September. This registration fee will cover around-pool insurance for all registered swimmers and adults for 12 months. The registration fees are paid once a year at the beginning of September by following this link then follow the prompt and select “Queanbeyan Leagues Swim Club”.
Training Fees
In addition to registration, training fees are paid by term as listed below. Our treasurer will issue your invoice two weeks before the term and you are required to complete the payment before the term starts (by cheque, cash or direct deposit to: National Australia Bank Limited, Queanbeyan Leagues Swim Club, BSB: 082804, Account Number:509886094)
Squad Training Terms:
Term 1: January 01 – March 31
Term 2: April 01 – June 30
Term 3: July 01 – September 30
Term 4: October 01 – December 31
Training fees will be billed and emailed approximately 2 -3 weeks prior to the start of the term. Fees are expected to be paid before the start of the new term in order to cover training expenses. If training fees are not paid by the 15th of the first month of the term, your child will not be allowed to swim that term until full payment is made. Sorry for the inconvenience this may pose to some swimmers and their families, but in order to cover all training expenses such as lane hire and coaching fees, the club relies on this income. If you have unexpected circumstances, please speak to Leanne McGuirk, President, or GeraldineManser, Treasurer, to discuss other arrangements. Thank you for your prompt payments.
